Payment methods
– Online payment through the LiqPay instant payment service when placing an order on the website (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay);
– Payment by bank transfer using IBAN details, which will be provided to e-mail after agreeing on all the details of the order. Payment can be made at any bank branch, via self-service terminals or online banking;
– Payment through the PayPal service;

Delivery within Ukraine
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Dispatches are made on business days.
The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the tariffs of he carrier company. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a waybill number, which will enable you to track the parcel.

International delivery
Delivery to other countries is carried out by DHL Express.
Dispatches are made within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment.
Please be advised that DHL Express delivery time is 10-12 business days. The shipping cost is fixed at €40. Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT, additional charges of the buyer’s country may apply. Payment for the delivery service is made together with payment for the goods.
After the order is shipped, you will receive a waybill number to help you track your parcel.
