Return & Exchange

The return or exchange of goods for a similar product, when available, if the product does not satisfy the consumer in terms of style, colour or size, can be made within 14 calendar days in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, provided that the sales receipt is attached, product remains in its original condition, undamaged tags and original packaging are preserved.
The expenses associated with returning/exchanging goods of proper quality are covered by the buyer.

They are not subject to exchange or refund:

– products without a sales receipt and/or with cut-off tags
– products that have been purchased more than 14 calendar days ago
– products with traces of wear or use for photo shoots
– products after washing or dry cleaning
– products that were made to an individual order with unique characteristics
– items that have been delivered internationally
– underwear and swimwear, headwear and hair accessories

How to arrange an exchange/refund:

– Please fill out an application and send it to customerservice@hidden.clothes
– After receiving a confirmation letter of exchange/return, please send the goods in their original packaging with all the tags and a sales receipt by Nova Poshta to the following requisites: Alim Tokhtarov, +380674421877, Kyiv, Nova Poshta branch No. 66.
After verifying that the goods meet the return conditions, its full value will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
Please note that the seller has the right to refuse to exchange/return the goods if the buyer does not comply with the conditions specified in this section. The goods for exchange will only be sent after receiving the return.
